1. Sponsor

This drawing is sponsored by Pao Brands Inc. (“PAO Energy,” the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The drawing is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. The drawing is void outside the United States and where prohibited by law.

3. Entry period

The drawing begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on September 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on October 5, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).

4. How to enter

No purchase is necessary. To enter:

• Visit drinkpao.com/vote during the Entry Period.
• Choose your first and second favorite can designs.
• Enter a valid email address and check the box “Enter the drawing for free PAO.”
• Select “Submit my vote.”

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the whole Entry Period. Additional entries are void. Entries made by automated means, or through bots, scripts or other methods that circumvent these rules, are void. Voting without checking the drawing box does not enter you in the drawing. Your choice of design has no effect on your chance of winning.

5. Prizes

Twelve (12) winners will each receive one (1) PAO variety pack. Approximate retail value of each prize: $35.88. The Sponsor decides prize details. Prizes have no cash value, cannot be substituted or transferred by the winner, and the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes.

6. Winner selection and odds

Winner(s) will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about October 6, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner notification

Winners will be notified by email at the address used to enter within fourteen (14) days of the drawing. If a potential winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of being notified, is found ineligible, or a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. A winner may be required to confirm eligibility and provide a mailing address in the United States to receive a prize. To request the winners list, email hi@drinkpao.com within fourteen (14) days after the drawing.

8. How we use your information

We collect your email address and your design choices to run the poll and the drawing, and to contact winners. If you check “Keep me updated on PAO,” we may also send you marketing emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. You can uncheck that box to enter the drawing without receiving updates. We do not sell your email address.

9. General conditions

• By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the drawing.
• The Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the drawing if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the drawing.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical, network or hardware failures of any kind.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the drawing or the use of a prize.
• This drawing is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.
